This spacious 7000 sq.ft. villa is perfectly designed for large groups and families; lots of private space and large terraces offering breathtaking views of Banderas Bay. Casa Aventura is one of the classic resort villas built in Conchas Chinas during Vallarta's jet-set age of the 1970's. This exclusive multi-level property was designed with contemporary Mexican architecture, featuring natural rock walls, cupulas, marble tile and winding stairways that lead to private terraces, 3 separate living areas and spacious bedrooms. Aventura features several entertaining areas, including a separate common area and kitchen for the lower bedrooms. Located on a quiet cul de sac in upper Conchas Chinas, about a mile south of Old Town. About 2 blocks up from 2nd entrance to upper Conchas Chinas for easy access to taxi and bus, beach down the hill across the Mismaloya highway. Breathtaking views of the south shore and Los Arcos.

Additional Information Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and it is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27°C (80°F). Of its many attractions, Playa Mismaloya – which gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana" – is a popular celebrity hangout.
